The Kyunghee University Medical Science Research Institute's Kyunghee Digital Health Center announced on the 23rd that it successfully held the "53rd Anniversary of Kyunghee University Medical Center and the 2nd Anniversary of the Kyunghee Digital Health Center Commemorative Symposium" on the 18th at Cheongwoon Hall, Kyunghee University.
The event was attended by President Kim Jin-sang of Kyunghee University, Director Oh Joo-hyung of Kyunghee University Medical Center, Vice President for Academic Affairs Ji Eun-rim (Seoul), Vice President for International Affairs Hong Chung-sun, and Director Yoon Kyung-sik of the Kyunghee University Medical Science Research Institute, who all celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the center. The symposium was divided into three sessions for presentations.
The first session covered "Infectious Diseases and Big Data, the Beauty Industry and Bio-Digital Technologies, and Digital Health and Medical AI." The second session focused on "Commercialization of Advanced Bio and Medical Device Technologies," while the third session addressed "Kakao Healthcare R-alliance and Ultra-Large AI Projects in which the Kyunghee Digital Health Center is participating."
President Kim Jin-sang of Kyunghee University stated, "In the midst of the digital revolution, the Kyunghee Digital Health Center stands at the forefront of medical innovation," adding, "It is establishing itself as a global hub in the field of digital health."
Director Oh Joo-hyung of Kyunghee University Medical Center stated, "The convergence of artificial intelligence, big data, and digital technologies is transforming the medical paradigm, and the Kyunghee Digital Health Center will continue to generate academic and practical results while leading advancements in the biohealth field."
Director Lee Sang-yeol of the Kyunghee Digital Health Center emphasized, "The Kyunghee Digital Health Center will continue to lead medical innovation by carrying out various research projects utilizing digital technologies." 00179
